Q: How long should I keep my tax records?

A: Our recommendation is to keep the tax return indefinitely. However, you only need to maintain supporting documents for 7 years.

Q. How do I schedule a tax appointment?

A. Call our office and we will be able to assist you.

Q. How long does a typical appointment take?

A. We generally block out 90 minutes for each tax appointment. If your return cannot be completed within that time, we'll continue to work on it and let you know once it's ready.

Q. Can I reschedule my appointment?
A. Yes, please call our office and we can see what is available.

Q. I do not have all my information yet, and my appointment is coming up. What should I do?
A. If you are only missing one or two documents, there's no need to reschedule - just let your preparer know during your appointment. If you're still waiting on most of your tax documents, it's best to reschedule for a later date.

Q: I have received a notice, what should I do?

A: Please provide a copy of the notice to our office. We will look it over and provide any guidance or necessary next steps.
